States we cover

17 states, sorted by how many rentals we track. More on the way.

How we’re expanding

We launch one state at a time. For each one, we map every apartment community, pull real current prices and Google ratings, and publish only listings with a real photo, so the day a state goes live, it’s already complete. We added Colorado, Virginia, Indiana, Missouri, Maryland, and Alabama most recently, and the markets our visitors ask for most move to the front of the line.

What we’re about

Rent is most people’s biggest expense, and the cheapest place is usually spread across a dozen different sites. We make it easy for you: every rental in one place, sorted by current price, lowest first, updated as the market moves (last updated Jun 9, 2026). The cheapest rents, without the hunt.

Don’t see your state yet?

We’re coming to a city near you. New states launch all the time, and the places our visitors search for most jump the line. Search your city to set up free rent-drop alerts, and we’ll tell you the moment we cover your area.
